Originally, from the Leitheim area, Paul Zinsmeister began his career in the restaurant "Schwarzwälder" in Augsburg. Among others kitchens, he has cooked in the "Dehner Blumenhotel" and in Kloster Holzen, as well as in the renowned restaurant "Ecke Stuben", which was awarded 14 points in Gault Millau. In Neuhof, his cooking earned a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide.
We offer a varied menu, and we are happy to assemble special menus for your events or for groups.
Colette Zinsmeister will compose wines from around to world to suit your culinary delights. Her specialty is fine wines from famous South African wineries.
